Cancellations or Changes
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. If the order is still pending, i.e. in an unfulfilled status, we can cancel it and then you will have to place a new order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition unless the item is damaged or defective. Please contact one of our representatives for returns at 800-424-8783 or via live chat. True must be notified within 14 days of receipt in order to return items. Returns are subject to a 25% restock fee.
